FIVE OPTIONS TO MEET YOUR NEEDS
The Adams line of products was
started by my father Fred Adams in the 1970's. He sold his products at
California's first farmers markets. I still remember traveling to
San Francisco in the flat bed truck and selling organic oranges,
cured olives, tomatoes and melons. Dad was one of the first packers to
stuff olives by hand with garlic and jalapenos. In the early 90's I
returned to farming, curing and bottling as a partner with my dad. Over
the years we developed many new products like: Kalamata style
olives, "Balls of Fire" Habanero Stuffed olives and a large
selection of organic olives..

The Smith line was added in the mid 1990’s when “Old Man Smith” passed on and the Adams purchased his olive grove and curing-packing line. Like my father Fred Adams, Les Smith came from several generations of olive growers and packers. His unique cure is what made his "Home Cured" line of whole flavored olives famous among olive connoisseurs.

The Raw Earth line was developed by
me. My passion as a farmer has always been to be kind to nature and the
environment. In the mid 1990’s we transitioned our farming
practices from a traditional use of pesticides and fertilizers to an integrated
use of organic farming. By the year 2000, a good portion
of our grove was certified organic. I began experimenting with
curing organic olives with great success and the Raw Earth line was born.

Adams Stuff N’ Olives is our personal label that we
developed for other gourmet products that we love in our own life. This
includes a wonderful line of extra virgin olive oils grown on local family
estates. These families have been pressing our oil for decades. Other Labels we offer are
our favorites that we don’t produce but we love. These items are distributed by
close family friends and have a huge following of customers. We know these gourmet options will tantalize
your gourmet tastes as they have ours. We sure hope you enjoy all of the
